What projects are new colleagues required for?
We offer a broad range of direct job entry opportunities: in the internal product development department for security technology or the public sector as well as in IT consulting, externally directly in a customer IT project, or in a research project.
What prerequisites are mandatory?
Honesty and eagerness to question more and to learn new things – that’s the be-all and end-all of your career start at our company. Your readiness to learn as long as you live and your commitment as a team player are the basis for your individual career development with us.
What exactly is my workplace?
The vast majority of our staff members work at our headquarters in Erlangen/Tennenlohe or in Munich, but working at a customer’s site in the region is very well possible, too. Of course, we also offer the possibility of mobile working according to the respective needs.
Can anyone participate in the internal Academy?
Yes! Every new software developer undergoes software expert training composed of a combination of different modules. But there is more to it: We offer all staff members regular further training courses in the Academy.
Is it possible to complete part-time studies?
Yes. In principle, that is possible in agreement with the team leader.
